We start with an in-person meeting at our location in the heart of Honolulu, or virtually. Our initial assessment aims to identify your posture issues and establish a baseline. Set motivating goals to inspire you, and track your progress with before-and-after photos to see your growth. Test your progress with dynamic exercises that push your limits and stretch your abilities for continuous improvement.

Time Frame

Your posture transformation timeline will be shorter if you train frequently outside our sessions and strictly follow the protocols. Consistent daily practice of exercises and good posture habits can accelerate your progress, often seen within six weeks. Additionally, focusing on lifestyle changes and mental habits is essential for long-term posture success.
