Every client receives personalized homework, including a shared Google Doc with folders of instructional videos and PDFs for deeper learning. As you train, we’ll test your progress with dynamic exercises that challenge your limits and keep you moving forward.
Time Frame
Your posture transformation timeline will be shorter if you train frequently outside our sessions and strictly follow the protocols. Consistent daily practice of exercises and good posture habits can accelerate your progress, often seen within six weeks.
