Inspired by anthropology, kinesiology, biology, sociology, and physiology, I use the Functional Patterns methodology to promote a resilient and enduring body by addressing imbalances and revolutionizing movement patterns. At Gravity Trained, my mission is to make the benefits of exercise accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. My approach focuses on overall well-being and functionality, enhancing physical appearance and reducing pain. Greetings, I'm Cleber Rodrigues. My journey into ultra running began as a quest for well-being and evolved into a deep passion for long-distance running. The trails became my sanctuary, where I discovered both physical strength and emotional resilience. Running became a meditative practice, fostering self-discovery and revealing latent capabilities. Motivated by this transformation, I became an ultra running coach, focusing on more than just running goals but also on instilling balance and fulfillment in my clients' lives. Today, I am dedicated to helping others unlock their resilience and potential through the challenges of ultra running.
